So mark your calendar, grab your old magazines as well as your scrapbooking and crafting supplies and join us for a Vision Board crafting party!
Why Book Vilonia Party Room?
Vilonia Party Room is a new, versatile event space for all occasions. With a rustic, cozy atmosphere and flexible layout, our venue is ideal for birthdays, celebrations, meetings, game nights, reunions, and private gatherings.
What is included?
Tables and chairs to accommodate 12 seated guests + a table for food + a table for cake and decor +
table decor clip on stand + 2 6ft tall balloon stands + 2 drink dispensers + food platers + desert trays + silverware caddy + 24 metal hooks for hanging decor + choice of brick or wood vinyl wall background +
of course, full use of the facility.

An in-person tour of the party room can be scheduled prior to booking. Once you decide to book, it is a $100 hold-the-date fee that will go towards your total booking cost which will be due in full the day before your event.
Perfect! And what is the Decor Closet?
It's a fun add on! Access to our Decor Closet comes with unlimited usage of whatever you find inside for those last minute panics. Even if it is a disposable item, it can be used for your event.
Access to the Decor Closet can be added to your booking for only an additional $25.
There's always something exciting to find on the shelves from prior parties!
Once you book your event with a $100 holding fee, then an additional meeting can be scheduled to view the closet more closely to determine if you would like to have unlocked access while setting up for your event or party.
